Penny is a Policy Officer at Resolve Poverty. Her work focuses on strategic responses to poverty at a local, regional, and national level. Her areas of interest include local welfare support, the social security system, and place-based approaches to addressing poverty.

Before joining Resolve Poverty, Penny worked in various roles within the NHS.

Outside of work, she enjoys countryside walks and spending time with family and friends.
