Irene Bello is the Money Advice Referral Tool (MART) Coordinator at Resolve Poverty, where she supports the ongoing maintenance of existing MARTs, leads the design and delivery of new MARTs, and manages the communication and socialisation of the tools to support effective engagement and uptake.
Irene is passionate about using innovation and collaboration to create social impact and improve access to essential support services. She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy and previously worked within the NHS as a physiotherapist, helping individuals improve their health and quality of life. Before joining Resolve Poverty, she also worked in corporate finance as a Research Data Analyst, bringing together analytical thinking and a people-centred approach to problem-solving.
Outside of work, Irene enjoys travelling and listening to music. Whether discovering a new destination or finding the perfect soundtrack for the day, she values opportunities to learn, connect, and experience different perspectives.
