Aaliyah is interning at Resolve Poverty as a Policy Officer from Manchester Metropolitan University. She is interested in the intersection of local and national poverty governance. Aaliyah is passionate about the role of local actors in combating poverty and inequality within Greater Manchester.

She studied Politics and Modern History at the University of Manchester and is completing her Master’s in Public Administration at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Outside of work, Aaliyah enjoys reading fiction and hiking up Rivington.
